Opening the door to better graduate outcomes
Minerva Pathway is an innovative new project which aims to unlock access to a professional career for talented, aspirational graduates.
Our mission is to provide graduates from disadvantaged backgrounds not only with the skills to develop their own career, but also with the tools to play a strong role in growing regional communities.
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity meet their legitimate aspirations and have a chance to pursue a career which aligns with their skills and interests. All graduates should be able to contribute effectively to the community, economy and nation.
To us, this means bridging the gap in personal support and fair access to opportunity which is all too often experienced by graduates who haven’t benefited from the ‘right’ prior social context, or who have already had to fight against long odds to succeed in higher education.
We’re going to provide that little extra hand up for talented, aspirational young people who have the ability and drive to give back to the regions much more than they get in support.
We will provide bursaries, training, mentoring and new networks. We will open the door to better graduate outcomes, and take a lead in creating positive change in graduate attainment.
